How do we do it?
Well the diversity and dedication of over 40,000 employees is essential to our success. Rolls-Royce recruits graduates into Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing Leadership, HR, Commercial, Customer Management and Project Management. You can choose between two graduate programmes.

Graduate Programmes
As a Rolls-Royce graduate, you can join one of two programmes, according to the direction you want your career to take. Both offer a broad range of disciplines to choose from, and have built-in coaching and mentoring. Both will put you on a clear path to achieving excellence in your career.

The Professional Excellence programme is designed to give you a hands-on, immersive experience in the specific field of your choice, allowing you to develop the professional skills you need to become a future expert.

Or if your heart lies in business leadership, the Leadership Development programme will channel your learning into a broader commercial context, giving you the chance to tackle the operational and managerial dimensions of your chosen field.
