Our Training Programmes
CB&I UK Ltd annually recruits a range of graduate engineers to join the company’s accredited training programmes in the following Engineering disciplines: Process & Technology, Mechanical, Pipelines, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation & Telecoms, Civil & Structural & Safety & Environmental. Training lasts for four years and consists of on-the job training on projects in the UK and often overseas. 

In addition, CB&I annually recruits graduate engineers to join CB&I’s Global Rotational Training Programme. Training lasts for two years and graduates rotate around the business gaining experience from across the world. International operations ensure that there are plenty of opportunities for overseas travel.

With each of the programmes the graduate will be allocated an experienced mentor.  As your career progresses, work activities are reinforced with formal training, which will develop your Technical, Management, Interpersonal and Commercial competencies.

Our Requirements
We are seeking engineering graduates who have or expect a degree with a minimum of 2:1. We need graduates who are bright, have strong technical skills and a flexible approach to work.
