Our Graduate schemes

The Graduate Development Framework offers approximately 180 positions each year and is our two year scheme which develops people who are passionate about and show great potential in their chosen field. Inspired engineering is the foundation of our business. With over 18,000 engineers in the UK, we support professional accreditation and have opportunities in a wide range of engineering disciplines including (but not limited to) civil, electrical , manufacturing, naval architecture, research, software and systems.

BAE Systems Applied Intelligence offers approximately 120 positions each year in a range of programming, data analytics, electronic engineering and consultancy roles within our cyber security business unit, with salaries starting at £28,000. Over the next 18 months or so you will have the opportunity to participate in a range of modules to further enhance your skills base and contribute to driving our world-class reputation in developing innovative, cutting edge solutions.
