By the end of the 18 month programme you will be in a position of significant responsibility. For some of you, that might be as an Assistant Engineering Manager. For others, it may even be Engineering Manager level. Whatever the role, this will be your first chance toreally prove your worth.

Our engineering graduates are also given the opportunity to become either incorporated or chartered engineers, working closely with the IMechE in order to achieve this status.

Person requirements
Successful candidates will have an engineering background and a hands-onapproach coupled with an interest in managing people and processes in an engineering environment.

Degree requirements
2:2 in a mechanical or electrical degree.

Location
